All these characters will get proper introductions. Maybe. One of the weird quirks about how D&D works is that sometimes you don't get an excuse to introduce a character. Seriously, every time I plan a dramatic monologue, somebody takes a surprise round to launch a fireball.
Anyway, the person I wanted to introduce is the hobgoblin (the tall, nasty one). His name is Garrull Bladestorm, and he's one of my favorite villains in the campaign. He's an incredibly minor character though, and I bet none of the party remembers him. Err, I mean, spoiler alert.
Y'know what really messes me up? Drawing him as a left handed character. Seriously, the shield kept swapping sides out of habit. Very confusing.
Who's the elf? What deals has (s)he brokered with the hobgoblin? Where do the kobolds fit in? What's the old goblin's story? Will any of these questions go answered? Will we find out with Monday's update?
