Wondering what happened to the goblin? Soverliss cast a spell at him. They aren't all going to be flashy. Specifically, it was Unseen Servant, which creates an invisible companion that carries out simple instructions.
Fun Fact: Unseen Servants have 2 Strength, and Goblins have 11 Strength. Even with a circumstance bonus for being pushed by an invisible person, while the goblin didn't have proper footing and wasn't expecting it, Soverliss was at a disadvantage. Sometimes you just have to get lucky.
