It's a month late. There's no colour. Despite being in the middle of the fiery conflagration, Thomas and Valdren appear to be in darkness. But y'know what? I like it.
Not adding the colour really cuts down on my production time. Less time means more comics faster, and that's really what I'd like to do. We're doing a really exciting campaign in game right now, and do you know how long it would take us to get there if I followed the original schedule? 8-10 years. Yeah. That's pretty horrible.
I also feel there's more to the original art when it hasn't been coloured. It makes me feel like more of an artist, and less of a nerd seeing it this way.
Exciting stuff happening: I'm going to see about bumping up the schedule so there's an update Monday through Friday. No promises though, there's still a lot on my plate, but I'd really like to see that done. I'm also going to tweak my story telling a bit, to see if I can get more content onto one page. Which of course means more action and humour, woohoo!
You'll probably still see colour comics every now and then. Sometimes I find they're really worth the extra effort, and if I come up with something worth sharing, it'll be around here someplace.
